Recent years I continue my work in a collaboration with researchers in ESRF (Grenoble, France): Snigirev and Chumakov. As for my colleagues in Russia, I keep permanent contact with G. V. Smirnov and A. N. Artemiev in RRC KI, and Koval'chuk's laboratory in the Crystallography Institute RAS.
My private life is simple but not completely. I had married in 1971, I have a daughter Tania (1971) and a son Igor (1973). However my first wife Larisa is dead (1990) and I was need to marry for the second time. My wife Natasha Shoulga has her own daughter Lisa, a sister and a brother, all live in Moscow. I have a brother who lives out of Moscow. Hence I need to visit his by train. My parents are dead.
Resent years my private life consists of scientific work and computer programs development. When I am in Moscow I like to work at home, so sometimes I can stay in my appartement for several days without a knowledge what wheather is outside. All deals can be discussed by telephone, all papers can be sent by e-mail. Unfortunately the e-mail connection by modem is not always succesful, but a kabel is not managed up to our house, although it is done in the neighbour houses. When a cable will be managed in our house, I shall have a possibility to set a video-camera and to make something like video-telephon. But even what i have is not bad.
